2021: Installation of self-collection devices
On March 9, 2021, the Moscow Credit Bank (MKB) announced that, as part of a partnership project with the Technopark retail chain, it had installed more than 80 terminals in the network's stores.
The self-collection service allows you to quickly and conveniently hand over cash revenue through payment terminals. The funds are credited to the current account instantly.
"Self-collection is an excellent business solution that can significantly reduce operating costs and improve the quality of revenue control. The full functionality of the payment terminal is also available to store visitors, "said Gleb Zabelin, head of the MKB payment services development department. |
"For Technopark, personnel safety has always been a priority, so the question of the need for self-collection services became especially acute during the pandemic - minimizing direct contacts and automating internal processes as much as possible became not a luxury, but a necessity," explained Vadim Yanbikov, director of the Technopark retail chain. "The installation of ICD self-collection terminals served another extremely important goal - in the current situation, a business with a high level of corporate social responsibility is obliged to provide the buyer who got to the outlet with the opportunity not only to make a purchase, but also to close the widest possible range of household issues - pay the Internet, put money on the account, repay the loan." |
Now in any retail store Technopark, customers will be able to pay for more than 2,000 services of the categories "Banks and MFIs," "Mobile Communications and the Internet," "Housing and Utilities and Public services," "Online Stores and Network Marketing" and many others.
