In March 2021, the European Medical Center (EMC) announced that it was the first in Russia to use the AI1 medical imaging system (All-In-One), developed by the Israeli company Zebra Medical Vision.

This technology, as reported by Zdrav.Expert at EMC, is designed to process medical images. The neural network reads and analyzes data from computed tomography and X-rays and in less than 5 seconds issues a diagnosis with an accuracy of 99%, the developers say.

In Russia, the Israeli AI1 system began to be used, diagnosing CT and X-ray with an accuracy of 99% in 5 seconds

Given the accuracy of determining the norm up to 99%, artificial intelligence significantly facilitates the work of a radiation diagnostic doctor in the search for pathology, reduces the likelihood of missing due to fatigue and the "human factor," especially when working around the clock. It is argued that using the technology can help doctors diagnose 80% faster compared to emergency radiology methods.

First, EMC will use AI1 to diagnose intracranial hemorrhage, compression spinal fractures, and pneumothorax - an accumulation of air in the pleural cavity that can occur due to chest injury, pulmonary edema, or severe pneumonia. Subsequently, it is planned to expand the range of algorithms applied, including the use of a new coronary calcium screening solution to assess the risk of developing cardiovascular disease.

The Zebra-Med neural network training was reported to have been conducted through a system of scanning millions of medical images provided by thousands of radiologists from diagnostic centers around the world. Al1 is integrated into radiological information systems and image sharing systems that are used in medical institutions in the United States, Great Britain, Canada, Australia and other countries.
