2021: Launch of a pilot project on the creation of a digital service of agromethodata field weather stations

On March 11, 2021, ER-Telecom Holding JSC announced that together with the regional Ministry of Agriculture of the Altai Territory, they had begun a pilot project to create a digital service for agromethodata field weather stations in the region.

The direction of cooperation is sounded at a meeting of the Governor of the Altai krayaviktor Tomenko with the president of Ayr-Telecom Holding Andrey Kuzyaev.

As part of the pilot, it is planned to install and connect four field agricultural stations in the farms of the region located in various climatic zones.

Agrometheological stations allow you to record various indicators online, including: air and soil humidity, ambient air and soil temperature at various depths, wind speed and much more.

The processing of the obtained data will allow you to most rationally plan agricultural work, predict the development of crops, and choose the most effective ways to use fertilizers and plant protection products.

Within the framework of the pilot, a mechanism will be implemented for collecting and transmitting data from field agricultural stations to the regional digital platform IS RESPAK.

Based on the data and agrochemical indicators of soil received from agrometeostations, it is planned to create a digital service for the formation of recommendations for agronomists of regional farms to optimize the timing of agricultural work.

The successful implementation of the pilot project will allow planning the mass implementation of this solution in the farms of the Altai Territory.
