2021: Implementation of the NeuroniQ Queue Management System
The North-West Directorate of Rostekhnadzor (St. Petersburg) receives citizens according to changed standards: the branch has installed the NEURONIQ queue management system. This was announced on March 16, 2021 by Technology of the Future.
To optimize the work of the institution, an electronic queue is well suited. The software and hardware complex consists of a sensor terminal for selecting services, an information board for displaying invitees for service and software. The main task of the complex is to automate the organization and distribution of the flow of visitors to management employees. This reduces the number of communications and conflicts between citizens, simplifies the search for the necessary window, eliminates the possibility of choosing the wrong queue, reduces waiting time and increases the capacity of the institution.
In addition, pre-registration was introduced for the convenience of visitors, allowing you to choose the date and time of the visit in advance. This allows you to get a service with a minimum waiting time.
The intelligent system provides management of operational and statistical data on the reception of citizens, on the basis of which the work of personnel can be evaluated, "bottlenecks" can be identified and measures taken to eliminate them.
As of March 2021, NEURONIQ QUEUE acts as an effective assistant in the work of more than 2500 organizations.
