In Uralenergostroykompleks (Yekaterinburg) the project of automation based on the solution "Galaktika Construction Management" is complete. The project is implemented by specialists of the Ural department of Galaktika corporation.

The project started in June, 2008. Earlier in the company the different software was used that led to duplication of information, need of reconciliation of data between divisions and to lack of uniform reference books. Besides, there was a need for obtaining analytical data on all activities on all enterprises.

When choosing the supplier and the automation system existence of profile industry solution, its cost and presence of an implementation team in the region was considered.

Within the project about 35 tasks, among them are solved: accounting of agreements on participation in housing cooperative; scheme of communications of agreements: the general contract – subcontracting; accounting of estimated cost and planned cost of objects, costs, accomplishment % on estimates; balancing of the payment schedule, carrying out revaluation of the real estate on construction coefficients, accounting of vacancies, a card file of employees, accounting of certifications and others.

A system allows to obtain analytical data (chapters and subchapters of estimates, cost types, types of activity, agreements) and operational data on all enterprises. Duplication is eliminated, the efficiency and accuracy of the data is increased. The specialized solution created within the project for contract management for sale of the residential real estate solves such problems as accounting of shares, construction coefficients, individual payment schedules.

The possibility of conducting management accounting on group and the cost accounting on construction in several options is implemented. Integration with the systems "Grandee Estimate", "1C" and a corporate portal is executed.

Work of seven departments is automated: legal, economic, financial service, sales department, personnel department, settlement department of accounting, department of IT. The functionality of a system for the solution of such tasks as property sale, contract management, the cost accounting on construction, accounting of financial resources, personnel management is brought into commercial operation.

In spite of the fact that the main part of works fell on the period of an economic crisis, all planned works are performed in full.
