In "An aspen grove" system implementation of management of finance is complete

The Aspen Grove company completed system implementation of management of finance based on Microsoft Dynamics AX. The project is executed by CORUS Consulting company.

At the first stage of the project tasks of operational management were automated. The second stage was devoted to automation of a financial circuit.

Within the project it was required to automate management accounting, to construct the system of the analytical reporting and budget management. Four months later after start of the project a system was brought into trial operation. Further analytical reports were developed, works on integration are performed, the Budgeting block is implemented.

During the project a considerable part of problems of management accounting and the reporting, including the following functions was automated: accounting of capital construction and calculation of cost of the finished investment objects; accounting and analytical reports according to credit obligations, including purpose-oriented investment loans; management of cash flows - using the mechanism of formation and control of execution of the managerial budget of cash flow and also a number of regulations and instructions of the users for work who allowed to arrange and systematize accounting mechanisms at the enterprise is made.

The chart of accounts of management accounting is developed, key analytical reference books are expanded and modified, new procedures and regulations of accounting are developed, the report forms giving essentially new opportunities of an economic and financial analysis are implemented.
