The Tomra Systems ASA company delivering systems for recycling of materials started IFS Applications system implementation for increase in efficiency and flexibility of supply chain management in production divisions of the company. The cost of the contract including the software and consulting is 20 million Swedish kronur.
Within the project it is supposed to automate processes of management of finance, sales, supply, logistics, customer relations (CRM) and production.
The component architecture of the selected solution will allow to integrate easily a system with other solutions while the specialized industry solution will provide to the client full control over all business processes irrespective of structure of production. IFS Applications is already used in divisions of the company on sales and service maintenance in Scandinavia.
