Quick-Core Auto has three programmable modes for taking tissue samples - automatic, delay mode and zero emission mode. The automatic mode ("A" button) provides simultaneous release of the stiletto and cutting cannula to obtain a tissue sample. In the delay mode ("D" button), only the stiletto is released, so that the doctor can check the position of the needle before releasing the cutting cannula. In zero ejection mode, the stiletto is not released. This mode ensures accurate and controlled sampling from palpable lesions and reduces the risk of damage to deeper anatomical structures.
The new device will be delivered in sterile packages of 5 units in combination with needles of various calibers (from 12G to 20G) and lengths (from 6 cm to 25 cm), with and without coaxial needles.[1]
