LLC "START" - an expert organization in the field of construction of large infrastructure projects, was created with the participation of VTB Infrastructure Holding at the end of 2012. The company's specialists participated in the preparation of a concession agreement for the construction of the Moscow-St. Petersburg high-speed toll highway (federal highway M-11), carried out technical and financial supervision over the construction of the Arctic port of Sabetta in the Kara Sea and the Eastern bypass of Perm. As a general contractor, START LLC completed a project for the construction of bridge crossings on the Izhevsk-Sarapul-Kambarka highway section near the city of Kambarka.
