2021: Development of corporate geoinformation service
On March 19, 2021, IBS announced the development of a corporate geographic information service compatible with various configurations on the 1C platform, such as 1C: ERP Enterprise Management or 1C: Holding Management. The solution allows you to visualize the company's real estate in the usual interface of an online card, without leaving the main information system.
Large State corporations, commercial companies and industries face challenges in managing multiple geographically distributed real estate properties.
The service operates on the principle of the usual online. The bases real estate map interface displays all objects within the organization boundary. When new objects appear, they are automatically displayed in the service. At the same time, all components of the system are embedded in the 1C interface, which allows the customer to work with the card inside their own enterprise solution, without using a third-party one. software
GIS is integrated with a public cadastral map, so that all open information about nearby objects, whether buildings, structures or land, is available online. Users can access information from the Rosreestr on cadastral numbers and the value of plots, forms of ownership, owner, area and coordinates. These capabilities will help companies make faster decisions about property management and interaction with other organizations with which their facilities are bordered.
As a substrate, not only geographical mapping maps can be used, but also castomized maps of territorial objects, for example, networks of underground shafts or substrates of layouts inside buildings and structures.
The service is developed on the basis of several open source solutions. As the main geographic information substrate, the OpenStreetMap map is used, Yandex.Maps and Google Maps can also be used. The main library for displaying information on the map is Leaflet, an open-source library written in JavaScript. In the future, IBS plans to implement the system in the form of a separate certified module for the 1C platform. This will allow large corporations and industrial enterprises to solve a number of business problems using castomized geographic information services. The range of possible problems that will solve such systems is large: from routing and managing objects within the customer's map to logistics issues that include tracking and controlling moving objects, such as freight transport.
