2021: Development of a site on the use of ISO 20022 standards

On March 16, 2021, Information Technology Center LLC announced the development of a website for the use of ISO 20022 standards for the Bank of Russia.

In February 2021, the Bank of Russia launched the information site "Standards and Practices for Using the International Standard ISO 20022 in the Russian Federation," dedicated to the application of Bank of Russia standards in the national payment system.

In accordance with the Strategy for the Development of the National Payment System (NPS), one of the important tasks of the Bank of Russia is the introduction of the international standard ISO 20022 "Financial Services. Universal Communication Scheme of the Financial Industry, "which is designed to build automated" seamless "business processes in various areas of the economy.

The developed site is a universal platform for interaction of the regulator with relevant representatives of the financial and banking sector and market experts in order to discuss changes and develop draft standards for financial communications.

On this resource, all interested parties can find a range of materials on the activities of the Central Bank (Bank of Russia) in the field of standardization of financial messages, the necessary regulatory documents, and other relevant information.
