On March 29, 2022, MDT ZYFRA announced that it was supplying software to assess the performance of applications and processes in 1C systems. It is used to identify problem areas, causes of slowdowns, and process errors for later optimization. The solution is registered in the Unified Register of Russian Programs for Electronic Computers and Databases.

"Intelligent monitoring of" ZYFRA "systems" belongs to the class of APM (application performance management) solutions. Such systems are one of the most effective tools for end-to-end monitoring of organization processes: from the actions of the end user - an employee of any department, to applications and databases. Intelligent Monitoring of DIGITAL Systems monitors applications and virtual machines. It collects data on deviations in processes, slowdowns and failures. Based on these data, an objective picture of the operation of 1C systems is restored. Such information becomes the basis for improving application performance, and, as a result, the functioning of processes, employee work and business efficiency.

2021: Obtaining a certificate of registration with Rospatent

Russian software for monitoring the performance and availability of heterogeneous computing infrastructure, services and applications has received a certificate of registration from the Federal Intellectual Property Service. This was announced on March 22, 2021 by the copyright holder - MDT ZYFRA JSC.

The registered system belongs to the tools of the AWS class (application performance management - from the English application performance management). It provides end-to-end comprehensive monitoring of the entire chain of processes, which involves various information technologies from the functioning of the hardware component and user actions to the operation of applications and databases. The solution provides a holistic picture of the performance and availability of the organization's heterogeneous computing infrastructure, services, and applications.

The developed tool is used to diagnose systems based on the technologies of the Russian software manufacturer, 1C, and is designed for advanced monitoring of the state and speed of execution in 1C of procedures corresponding to atomic business operations (transactions).

The principle of operation of the intelligent monitoring system from "MDT" ZYFRAS "is that special so-called" beacons "are installed for each application, virtual machine, or container. They generate a stream of diagnostic traffic to the server part. Based on data from different beacons from different environments, the controller restores a holistic picture of the state of applications in real time.

The system analyzes end-to-end transaction chains from "front-end" (for example, a public site or a mobile application) to "back-end" (processing a payment from a card for a purchase made on the site), says Yulia Dudnik, General Director of MDT ZYFRA. - As a result of such intelligent monitoring, the company gets a general picture of problem areas in the operation of applications, including in the code of the application itself, network infrastructure, in data centers, in databases, on servers, and so on.

The use of the intelligent monitoring system from MDT ZYFRA allows you to track holistic processes, diagnose errors, unjustified decelerations in them, detect their source, quickly eliminate shortcomings and optimize the process as a whole. As a result, the user of the system significantly saves time on finding the prerequisites for a failure in processes (in the amount of several hours to several days); reduces financial losses from incorrect operation of the site or mobile application and avoids outflow of customers due to technical reasons at the time of a long-term failure.

The certificate of registration is the main evidence of exclusive rights to the object of intellectual property. It makes it possible to officially transfer copyrights for a software product and actively distribute them.

The developer's future plans include registering software in the Unified Register of Russian Software, which will help to contribute to the digitalization of public sector enterprises and companies with state participation when they follow the course of import substitution, and the development of the domestic IT sector.
