Avtomobayl creates a single automated system

The Avtomobayl company owning the large portal in the field of trade in the Automobille.ru cars and also the printing edition "Avtomobil" completed the first stage of automation based on the solutions "1C: Accounting 8", "AT: CRM 8", "AT: Treasury and budgeting. PROF", "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8". As integrator 1C Company is attracted : Accounting and Trade (AT).

Earlier in the company only accounting was automated. With business development and increase in volume of the processed data there was a need for budgeting automation, creation of uniform base for work with clients, operational obtaining reporting information. It was required to automate economical department, accounting, personnel department, sales department, administration.

Within the project the following tasks are automated: cash management, planning of the income and expenditure budget, budget of cash flow; drawing up payment schedule; obtaining financial statements; accounting and tax accounting, formation of the regulated reporting; personnel records; payroll; storage of a contact history with clients; problem definition to sales managers and control of their accomplishment. In a project deliverable at the Tyumen office of the company accounting and tax accounting, budgeting, treasurer transactions, customer relationship management, payroll calculation is automated financial. 23 jobs are automated. Further connection to the system of the Moscow office and automation of data exchange between bases of offices in Moscow and Tyumen is planned.
