In off-duty time, a female soldier suddenly lost consciousness... Military and civilian doctors carried out intensive care activities, which, unfortunately, were not successful. The said soldier... On March 21, in compliance with all algorithms, she received a vaccination from COVID-19, the Command of the Medical Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said on its Facebook page.

The report noted that the soldier suffered from hypertension. According to the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the woman was part of the priority group of vaccination, she did not have contraindications (allergies to the components of the drug). On the same day, nine more people were vaccinated from the same vial, there were no adverse reactions in them.

According to preliminary data, death occurred as a result of acute circulatory disorders, the department said. To establish the exact cause, a forensic medical examination was appointed.

The deceased's name was Inna Narozhnaya. She served in the military unit A3880. This is a missile and anti-aircraft regiment in the Black Sea (Chabank) Limansky district of Odessa region.

The Ministry of Health added that as of March 19, 2021, 397 million vaccinations against coronavirus were carried out in the world. According to the World Health Organization, no vaccine deaths have been reported.

By March 24, 2021, Ukraine is vaccinated against COVID-19 only with the drug AstraZeneca. Mass vaccination began in the country with a monthly delay - February 24, 2021. At the same time, its extremely low pace remains. According to the survey, more than half of Ukrainians do not want to be vaccinated. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky previously called reports of blood clots after the use of the vaccine AstraZeneca an information attack.[1]
