2021: Implementation of the "Atlas" electronic archive
The Mining and Metallurgical Company of Kazakhstan has introduced the Etlas electronic archive. Atlas Soft announced this on March 22, 2021.
Kazakhstan mining and metallurgical company Kazzinc is one of the representatives of non-ferrous metallurgy of Kazakhstan. The company's enterprises are located in the East Kazakhstan, Akmola and Karaganda regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Over the years since its inception, Kazzinc has significantly increased production capacity and output. In this regard, the company's document flow has greatly increased and the question of a structured and transparent repository of documents has become more and more acute. To solve this problem, the informatization department carried out a lot of work on choosing a suitable electronic archive system. The main requirements for the system were:
- High system reliability and fault tolerance
- Protection against third-party attacks
- Scalability of the system for further enterprise archive building
- Full range of tools for configuration and implementation of the system by Kazzinc specialists, as well as for its independent further support
In search of the required solution, Kazzinc specialists conducted a market analysis and got acquainted with the experience of implementing electronic archive systems at other enterprises of the CIS countries. Among the large number of developments in this area, the system presented by Atlas-Soft has proved to be the most balanced solution.
As of March 2021, an electronic archive of administrative, regulatory, information and reference technical documents is being formed. Control over the execution of documents is carried out, as well as storage and prompt access to both internal and accounting documents.
