2021: Implementation of HRlink e-HR

On March 22, 2021, Korus Consulting Group announced the connection of the HRlink solution, an electronic personnel document management system. This made it possible to speed up the recruitment of personnel, reduce the routine tasks of issuing and signing internal documents, as well as provide convenient access to their digital versions.

Having connected to the HRlink cloud service, KORUS Consulting translated into electronic format the hiring of new employees, the process of making personnel changes and the provision of holidays. Now, documents do not require a presence in the office - for each employee in the personal account, an EDS is created, with which you can sign personnel documents through SMS, instant messengers or e-mail. Thanks to the ready integration of HRlink with the Work in Russia portal, a unified identification and authentication system (ESIA) can be used to access documents.

The first significant result of the project was the acceleration of the registration of new employees. Previously, the registration could take several days: it was necessary to prepare documents, organize their signing through a courier or in the office. After implementation, some documents are signed online in a few minutes directly from the smartphone through HRlink.

Work with current employees has accelerated. The offices of KORUS Consulting for March 2021 are located in three cities, and some people in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic switched to remote mode - all this complicated the processing of vacations and personnel changes. The transition to paperless format allowed to redistribute the load of HR managers and reduce the time for signing internal documents. Moreover, by 2022, the IT company plans to significantly reduce the cost of storing and transporting paper versions.

As of March 2021, 50% of employees are connected to the service. In the near future - scaling the solution and integration with the corporate portal 1C: Bitriks24"," where everyone will have a personal account with access not only to personnel documents, but also to accounting statements, information holidays, bonuses and available training, with the ability to issue applications for technical support or financial service.

Importing data, training staff to work with the service, and changing internal processes took 5 working days. To quickly launch and adapt an IT solution, HRlink provides technical support - each request is processed within 10 minutes.

We aimed to make working with documents simple and comfortable for employees. Most colleagues readily switched to the digital format of signing and storing - it is convenient that you can use a simple electronic signature of ESIA, and for those who do not have such an opportunity, HRlink quickly creates an enhanced unskilled electronic signature (UNEP). We will continue to develop the solution, especially in terms of integrations with corporate services - portal, chat bots, travel processing system.
