Work on adaptation of the model solution:

  • Set up processes for selling a new partner (or returning a departed client) and maintaining contact with current customers,
  • Segmentation of customers by an arbitrary set of parameters of the customer card and sales totals, payments and receivables,
  • A profitability calculator has been developed for the item, shipping plant, and customer site.
  • Configured external integrations with PBX, mobile operator, and Active Directory,
  • Additional service and user processing, a list of reports and printed forms are implemented.

Maintenance:

  • Monthly delivery and installation of ITS delivery package to the user's workplace
  • Using the Internet version of ITS and the Internet services of ITS
  • Consulting on methodological issues of work with the "1C" program
  • Technical consulting on 1C software products

Description
