2021: Development and installation of ticket sales information terminals
Especially for the Moscow Metro, Infomatika developed the Ticket Sales Information Terminal (ITPB). So far, 150 terminals have been installed at 34 metro stations, Infomatics reported on March 31, 2021.
The main goal pursued in the development and implementation is to improve the quality of services provided to passengers. The created terminal has a large touch screen, on which it is convenient to receive reference information about the status of the transport card balance and available transfers, activate remote replenishment and quickly replenish the balance using a bank card.
The design of the terminal ensures the safety and convenience of passengers and maintenance personnel. The device has compact dimensions in combination with light weight, the ability to be attached to the wall or to a specialized floor rack, which makes it universal, when choosing the place of installation and installation.
What are the possibilities for passenger terminals:
- View the current status of ticket carriers (transport card "Troika," social transport cards, dual bank card and other media with transport application "Troika");
- Replenishment/purchase of a ticket in a cashless way (//,,,); Mastercard VISA "Peace" NFC Apple Pay Google Pay
- Activation of remote ticket replenishment;
- Receiving benefits for the use of intercepting parking.
Terminals run on the Windows 10 IoT Enterprise operating system, which provides easy integration with various services, protects devices from unwanted actions by personnel or intruders, and does not receive updates that can cause hardware crashes. These devices have a modification for installation in the lobby rooms, as well as a modification with a 4G modem, improved thermal insulation and automated heating means for street operation.
For centralized control and administration of installed terminals, a centralized control and monitoring module was also implemented and implemented, which is a web interface, which simplifies its availability in the subway network, does not require additional actions to install the program at each workplace, reduces system requirements for used PCs, noted in Infomatics.
