Project course

For the first time in the market, Post Bank and VTB Bank combined loyalty programs and customer bonus accounts. Members of the program pay with cards for everyday purchases, for which they are awarded bonuses in a single personal account, which they can, at their discretion, exchange for rubles 1:1 or goods in the multi-bonus marketplace.

During the project, RapidSoft experts carried out work on integrating the information systems of Pochta Bank JSC with the multi-bonus loyalty program, which operates on the basis of the POS loyalty system RapidSoft.

Project results

As a result of connection to the first interbank loyalty program "Multi-Bonus," more than 1.7 million holders of Bank Post cards gained access to the Prize Catalog. In total, the catalog has 20 categories and more than 20,000 options for rewards from partners, as well as the opportunity to rent a car, buy a ticket to the premiere in the cinema, buy railway and air tickets. The catalog assortment is updated daily.

Among the Bank Post clients, pensioners became the largest audience of the Multi-Bonus program. The bank's loyalty program is connected to them for free when pension accruals are received on a savings account and includes cashback for purchases in pharmacies, gas stations and for railway tickets. According to the cards "All-terrain" bonuses are accrued for all purchases, and for purchases in the categories "clothes/shoes" and at the partners of the program "Multi-bonus" - an increased reward.

"Multi-bonus" is a very popular loyalty program in which the client decides how to spend the bonuses received - exchange for partner goods or convert into rubles. We see that most of our customers choose to convert into rubles in order to spend them at their discretion in the future, and in order to accumulate bonuses, they prefer to pay for purchases in grocery stores, stores for home and repair, as well as for clothes and shoes. Our goal is to make purchases with Bank Post cards as convenient and profitable as possible. We hope that every year more and more customers will appreciate the benefits of the program, "said Pavel Tulubiev, member of the board, client director of Post Bank.
