2021: Loyalty Update
On July 20, 2021, RapidSoft announced that it had developed a solution to automate the family loyalty program for SBI Bank. RapidSoft experts ensured its design, implementation and integration with the SBI Bank payment system and partners of the solution.

As a result of the partnership in June 2021, the Bank launched an updated loyalty program aimed primarily at families. Thanks to the joint management of the family budget, customers can get the maximum from the spent funds of each family member. The higher the expense on the account, the more categories available and the percentage of cashback. Knowing the upcoming spending of the family, you can choose cashback categories and properly plan purchases with greater benefit. Depending on the costs, customers have the opportunity to open three categories of cashback per month and their list does not change from month to month.
Major loyalty program changes:
- Increased the number of cashback categories to 24.
- Added new cashback categories - "Housing and communal services," "Taxes and fines," "Marketplaces" and "Eat at home."
- The maximum cashback in the selected categories is raised to 15%.
- Similar categories are combined for the convenience of the client (for example, "Auto and gas stations" and "Restaurants and fast food")

As part of the project, RapidSoft was the developer of a solution to automate the family loyalty program "His Circle" for SBI Bank. RapidSoft experts ensured its design, implementation and integration with the SBI Bank payment system and partners of the solution.
Project Results
As a result of the SBI project, the Bank proposed a loyalty program - common to the whole family. Total cashback points can reach 10% of the amount of purchases, and in partner stores - even up to 20%. At the same time, points are available in the right categories, which the family can choose on its own. Cashback is multi-level and depends on spending: bronze, silver and gold. At each of these levels, new categories with up to 10% cashback are opened to users. You can also partially or fully compensate for purchases with points whose validity period is not limited in any way. Other additional products include a 6% interest on the total family account balance.
