Housing Development Fund of the Republic of Bashkortostan (NO FRZHS RB)

The non-profit organization Housing Development Fund of the Republic of Bashkortostan was created by Decree of the President of the Republic of Bashkortostan dated 03.07.2014 No. UP-178 (hereinafter - NO FRZHS RB). *

The founder is the Republic of Bashkortostan in the person of the State Committee of the Republic of Bashkortostan for Construction and Architecture.

The purpose of the FGF RB is to accumulate funds for financing and organization:

• housing construction to provide housing for certain categories of citizens defined by federal law, decree of the President of the Russian Federation, normative legal act of the Government, law of the Republic of Bashkortostan;

• construction of economic-class housing, implemented with the provision of state support to citizens in need of residential premises and the development of such construction in the districts and cities of the Republic of Bashkortostan, including as part of the implementation of federal, republican and municipal housing programs with the involvement of extrabudgetary funds.

The subject of the activity of NO FRZHS RB is the activity of the customer-developer for the construction of facilities.

Since 2017, NO FRZHS RB has been actively developing a special project - the information publication Formula Housing, presents its partners and customers with a new version of its official Internet portal and rebrands the Fund. These innovations are associated with solving a fundamentally important task for the republic - plans to radically reduce housing lines.

The structure of departments and divisions of NO FRS RB, working with the most experienced and reliable partners - banks and construction companies, allows you to confidently control all potential risks of projects, responsible for the final result and defending the interests of citizens in any situation.
