Syzranmoloko

The JSC Syzranmoloko company is a part of holding the Moscow plant of the Carat processed cheeses. Karat Ltd is the issuer of melted, firm, and fresh cheeses, largest in Russia, cottage cheese, and other types of dairy products, including cottage cheese, sour cream, and butter. Today four plants — the Moscow plant of processed cheeses "Carat", "Cheese-making Plant Kalacheevsky" in the Voronezh region, Syzranmoloko in the Samara region and "Syrkombinat Kalinin in Krasnodar Krai are a part of the company. Existence of production sites on which are developed not only melted, but also fresh, brine, hard and elite cheeses corresponds to the selected strategy of transformation into universal cheese holding.
