On April 5, 2021, Teamline Consult announced the launch of Team.Assessment.

The product is designed to solve the problem of selecting qualified and effective personnel facing business during a period of high competition.

The service is used by both large organizations, independently using the application, and small businesses, including using the services of HR consultants of the Team.Assessment service to evaluate personnel.

The creators of the service claim that investing in the assessment of candidates or employees pays off by reducing the cost of recruiting personnel, and also significantly reduces the likelihood of errors in making key personnel decisions.

According to the creators, Team.Assessment uses proven personality assessment tools that are used in world practice. This tool is adapted for the professional assessment of candidates' competencies, even by a recruiter or business manager without a special psychological one: formations the functionality and terminology of the service are intuitive even to a novice employee. Having received to e-mail a test, the candidate answers questions, and the service, based on the results data , makes a portrait of the candidate's competencies. In addition to assessing personal competencies and abilities, the test diagnoses behavioral risks, strong roles of the candidate in the team, demotivation, as well as the candidate's predisposition to work for a specific position and factors that affect his motivation.

After each testing as part of a smart service, the consultant helps company executives make personnel decisions based on objective data received about the candidate.

The Team.Assessment project was created in close cooperation with the FRIA Foundation: the idea of ​ ​ creating a startup came to the head of its creators in the process of working in the foundation team, where they were responsible for selecting the right candidates, allocating areas of responsibility and developing working functionality. As practice has shown, the results of the work carried out are most quickly evaluated using the example of startups.

Our project is not just work, it is also an important entrepreneurial mission for us. At the beginning of my career as an entrepreneur, I spent a lot of time and nerves to create the first business, going through a string of trials, mistakes and layoffs. Until the technology for selecting effective people appeared. Now I understand that this was a valuable, although very expensive experience. All these resources could be preserved if I already had basic knowledge of staff psychology. On the other hand, without this backstory, we probably would not have had our service and our friend Tim.
