Until recently, BGARF used the "standard" tools of various Windows operating systems to back up and restore data. However, as the infrastructure developed and the volume of data in it grew, they ceased to arrange the leadership of the technological departments of the academy. The Academy management chose Akronis Data Protection. Separate server capacities are allocated for storage of backup copies by BGARF technicians. The total number of backups stored here is 16 TB.
