Digital Design: EIR Dispensation (Unified Information Resource)

The unified information resource "Dispensation" (EIR "Dispensation") is aimed at optimizing and informational support for organizational and management processes during the work of representatives of medical organizations, insurance organizations and territorial compulsory medical insurance funds (TFOMS) with insured persons (ZL) undergoing medical examination.

2021: Description of the EIR "Dispensation"

According to information for April 2021, the system automates the interaction of participants in organizing preventive measures (medical examination) by insured persons in terms of maintaining a single base of insured persons undergoing medical examination.

Automation of medical examination allows you to maintain an up-to-date and unified list of insured persons, delineate the rights of users to access data on ZL, upload reports with information on ZL and quickly find the necessary information. EIR "Dispensation" works in accordance with the order of FFOMS 79 and allows the automation of compulsory medical insurance in the shortest possible time.

The system is registered in the Unified Register of Russian Programs for Electronic Computers and Databases (reg. software number: 7358).

Indications for application of EIR "Dispensation":

• Disparity of systems for working with insured persons undergoing preventive measures (medical examination) within the framework of the compulsory health insurance program (MHI).
• Lack of tools for the work of insurance representatives with lists of insured persons.
• A lengthy reporting process, the need to bring different reporting formats into a single format according to Order FFOMS of 31.12.2013 No. 294 (including, with changes according to Order FFOMS of 09.04.2018 No. 68).
• An abundance of paperwork.
• Complex interaction with insurance companies and medical organizations.
• The need to comply with the order of the FFOMS of May 11, 2016 N 88.
