Digital Design automates compliance processes in areas of employee conflict of interest (both already working in the company, primarily management, and new when hiring) and training of employees in any areas of compliance (antimonopoly, AML/FT 115-FZ from 07.08.2001 "On countering legalization (laundering) of proceeds of crime and the financing of terrorism, "fire and industrial security, protection of intellectual property, etc.). Compliance controls help organizations meet external requirements and internal corporate policies and improve the quality of compliance controls by automating key business processes.

Compliance automation helps you avoid errors and cover more control areas with less effort. This helps the company prevent the risk that violations will be revealed too late: during inspections of regulatory authorities or when counterparties present claims.

Functionality

Identifying conflicts of interest:

  • Partial setup of employee check rules (keyword guides in positions and departments, number of days between event occurrence and declaration, maximum number of automatically generated declarations per day), sending notifications.
  • Send and complete conflict of interest declarations (questionnaires are completed on the internal web portal).
  • Monitor the completion status of declarations.
  • Verification of declarations and declarations on internal bases of counterparties and external bases of companies.
  • Initiate actions to eliminate conflicts of interest among employees.
  • Enter, download, and record cases received through the trust line.

Training of employees:

  • Planning the timing of training and resources of the compliance control department of the organization in various areas: antimonopoly compliance, 115-FZ, fire, industrial safety, etc.
  • Administer the briefing guide and employee lists.
  • Notify employees of the need for training.
  • Generate briefing reports.
  • Notification of compliance specialists about the status of training by employees.
