EOS for SharePoint allowed TFCMI of the Sverdlovsk Region to quickly get used to the "insidious" reality. This was announced by Electronic Office Systems (EOS) on April 15, 2021.

The EOS for SharePoint system of the EOS company, which the Sverdlovsk Region TFCMI has been using since 2014, made it possible to do everything quickly and without loss as an activity.

The EOS for SharePoint implementation project was launched in 2013, and the system was launched in 2014. As of April 2021, it covers all TFCMIs (with the exception of those whose duties do not include working with documents), including specialists from six remote branches of the Fund. The ability of the system to support workflow and collaboration within departments or project teams has been used since the very first months of working with EOS for SharePoint.

March 2020 was a serious test for organizations whose activities were supposed to continue, despite the introduction of quarantine measures. Federal anti-epidemic measures, as well as the Decree of the Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region "On the Introduction of a High-Alert Regime in the Sverdlovsk Region and the Adoption of Additional Measures to Protect the Population from a New Coronavirus Infection (2019-nCoV)" involved the transfer of the staff of the Fund to the "remote." The need for full-fledged documentary interaction in remote work conditions required the rapid deployment of remote workplaces (including with the function of signing EP documents) for a large number of TFCMI specialists.

The functionality of EOS for SharePoint allowed you to quickly deploy remote workplaces on laptops and stationary computers for 270 users in almost a week. Providing remote work in EOS EDMS for SharePoint was engaged - the IT customer service, in turn, the DOE service quickly restructured the organization's work processes and ensured the work of all employees with electronic documents. In turn, the specialists of LLC "," Medialux a regional partner of EOS, set up the possibility of signing by electronic signature (including for TFCMI employees who had not previously used this option), further forming and "drawing out" the electronic signature stamp when creating the document (forms: "outgoing letter," "order," "order," "service note," "personnel note"). The result of coordinated teamwork was a figure of 88 percent - this is how many documents for the period of operation in the "remote" mode in 2020 were agreed and approved electronically.

The EOS for SharePoint system helped the TFCMI of the Sverdlovsk region to survive a difficult period. In the future, the customer plans to extend the practice of signing EPs to a larger number of types of documents, as well as to expand the range of officials with access to this option. Such SED scaling will certainly have an effect not only in pandemic conditions, but also after a return to normal life.
