2021: The first stage of the implementation of the loyalty program "PEC: kilometers of privileges"

The First Expeditionary Company launches the first multilevel loyalty program in logistics - PEC: Kilometers of Privileges. Its goal is to form and develop partnerships with customers. The program allows you to not only save and pay with bonus points (peaks), but also receive offers that meet the needs of customers and the specifics of their business, participate in actions with elements of gamification, participate in charity initiatives and much more.

Manzana Group became a partner in the implementation of the project, which announced this on April 16, 2021.

We are pleased to begin cooperation with PEC, which implements the PEC: Kilometers of Privileges loyalty program based on the Manzana Loyalty and Manzana Customer Data Platform (CDP) platforms. Solutions allow you to collect and analyze current customer data, creating holistic portraits of each of them. Based on this data, segments are formed for conducting targeted marketing campaigns for both B2C and B2B audiences, as well as high-demand products and services are being developed, "says Oleg Palenov, CEO of Manzana Group.

The implementation of the loyalty program "PEC: kilometers of privileges" will be implemented in several stages. Already in April 2021, cashback and the ability to pay for the company's services with bonus packs are available. At the next stage, personalized and game action mechanics, partner and social programs will be launched. So far, only individuals can become participants in the loyalty program, but in the very near future such an opportunity will appear for corporate customers.

The loyalty program provides five member statuses: the more often the client uses the PEC services, the faster it goes to the next level and receives even more privileges. The client with the highest status will be able to receive 5% cashback and pay with bonus packs up to 100% of the cost of services.
