Implementation of AIS "MFC Delo"

In Orel, the MFC department opened. The unit will use the AIS "MFC DELO" of EOS, which the latter reported on April 19, 2021.

This department is opened to make state and municipal services provided on the principle of "one window" more accessible to citizens. The decree on its creation was signed on February 5, 2021. For the convenience of applicants, the MFC Department has 12 service windows 6 days a week. Visitors are received here both in the order of the live queue and by appointment.

A specialized solution developed by EOS helps to ensure a decent quality of public services and in general clearly organize the work of the department. The MFC DELO Automated Information System (AIS) is a software complex created specifically for the MFC. It is it that is used to automate the activities of this department.

Despite the fact that this system was released by EOS relatively recently, it already works in many regions of the Russian Federation. AIS "MFC DELO" was previously introduced in other multifunctional centers of the Oryol region. Thus, the region already had the opportunity to evaluate the quality of the software complex and verify its reliability.

The opening of this unit was attended by the regional partner of EOS, director of Garant-service LLC Vasily Sokolovsky.
