2021: Automation of the enterprise based on the software product "1C: Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise Management 2.0 "

As an implementation, the company did not have mechanisms for maintaining management records in the required analytical reports. There were a large number of errors due to manual duplication in the formation and planning of shipments, low speed. The information system that was used in the enterprise did not fully meet the needs of the company.

We have decided to implement a system based on the software product "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2." The selection was primarily related to the functionality of the software product. Using the program "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2" automated:

• Accounting
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Human Resources and HR Accounting (HRM) (personnel, salary, regulated accounting)
• Warehouse Management (Address Storage)
• Sales Management (Sales Planning)
• Purchasing Management (Purchasing Planning)

Due to the implementation of the system, employees got rid of the need to perform many operations manually, which saved the company from possible errors. As a result, the company received a comprehensive management system that combined the management of key business processes into a single information space. The transparency of processes has increased. 1C specialists: The first BIT conducted a consultation on the selection of software and its maintenance options, sold the selected software product, and also delivered and installed the software product.
