2020: Building an enterprise system based on "1C: Document Management 8. BUILDING"
The main task of the customer was to upgrade the configuration to the current version, configure role rights and train personnel.
Initial version 1C: The document flow did not meet current requirements, as there was a need to integrate the exchange of tripartite contracts (between TFOMS, insurance companies and medical organizations).
Specialists of Business Automation (Chelyabinsk) carried out the following works:
- system has been updated from release 1.2.5.3 to release 2.1.262, revision 1.2;
- the system has been transferred to; operating system Linux
- User rights and roles have been configured
- comprehensive training of users in working with the program;
- Instructions on how to work with the program for users have been developed;
- Business process templates have been developed and configured.
As a result of this project, the customer received a system that makes it easier to work with documents and accelerated the coordination processes with customers.
