2021: Implementation of the software product "1C: Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise Management 2 "

Before implementation, the company did not have mechanisms for maintaining management records in the required analytical sections. There are a large number of errors due to manual duplication in the formation and planning of shipments, low speed. The information system that was used in the enterprise did not fully meet the customer's needs.

Management has decided to introduce a modern information system to optimize production and accounting.

In order to implement the project, the company acquired the software product "1C: Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise Management 2, "because a program was needed whose capabilities allowed to have a comprehensive accounting information system that fully reflects all the processes of the company, which automates the work of users as much as possible.

To implement the solution, 1C: First BIT was chosen.

The following subsystems have been put into operation:

• Accounting;
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Document Flow (ECM)

Number of automated workplaces: 1.

Through the implementation of the system, employees got rid of the need to perform many operations manually, which saved the company from possible errors of the "human factor." As a result, the company received a comprehensive management system that combined the management of key business processes into a single information space. The transparency of processes has increased.
