2020: JSC "NIIK" automated the document management system and improved the processes for relations with counterparties

In 2019, the company's management decides to automate contractual document management processes and processes related to relationships with counterparties, including potential ones. The following requirements were therefore made for the new system:

• Integration and structuring of accumulated data related to the company's pre-contract and contractual activities in the main activity.
• Preparation and approval of technical and commercial proposals.
• Efficient and simplified use of workflow data.
• Monitor the timing and quality of scheduled tasks.
• Analysis of counterparty activity based on statistical data.
• Optimize project management by monitoring tasks, events, and deadlines.
• Construction and electronic completion of processes for the harmonization of documents of various types related to pre-contract and contractual activities.
• Exclusion of manual entry of contract data into regulated accounting information systems.
• Create an electronic document archive.

The software product "1C: Document Management 8 KORP" was chosen as the basis for the project implementation. The Nizhny Novgorod branch of 1C-Rarus was chosen as a partner for the project.

The result of the project was a system that fully complies with all business requests and allows you to conduct document management in the company, negotiate contracts and technical commercial proposals for current and promising projects, and the system also allows you to consolidate information on the relationship with customers and quickly provide information to management on the current state of relations with the client. The system also monitors the execution of tasks. By implementing the system, it was possible to avoid duplication of documents and regulatory reference information through integration with other systems in the enterprise.
