2020: Automation of electronic document flow in the MKU MCB of the Ipatovsky district of the Stavropol Territory on the basis of "1C: Document flow of a state institution 8 "

The large volume of internal, incoming and outgoing documents, the complexity of working with separated serviced institutions required changes in the processes of document management and the need to implement electronic document management. The partner in the implementation of the project was StavAnalysis.

It was decided to implement the project using the software product "1C: Document flow of a state institution 8," since it meets all the requirements of the project and has the ability to integrate with "1C: Accounting of a state institution" and "1C: Salary and personnel of a state institution."

In a short time, it was possible:

  • Establish an electronic document management system for primary documents of central accounting and serviced institutions;
  • Create an electronic archive system;
  • Set up employee accesses according to the role matrix
  • Establish business processes of execution, approval of documents, setting of tasks;
  • Set up mechanisms to monitor the execution of orders and the status of documents;
  • Speed up the creation of generic documents using customized templates;
  • Set up electronic document signature system;

The main effect of the implementation:

  • Create a single information space for working with documents;
  • Reduction of paper document flow;
  • Faster execution and approval of documents;
  • Reduction of errors in processing and transfer of documents between agencies;
