Aviasales switched to remote hiring with HRlink

Aviasales automated the personnel document flow by connecting to the HRlink service. This was announced on April 28, 2021 by HRlink (Innovations in personnel management). This allowed you to organize remote recruitment of employees, speed up the paperwork processes, reduce the burden on HR managers and reduce the cost of courier delivery.

With the outbreak of the pandemic in 2020, Aviasales quickly transferred employees to a remote mode of operation. It was necessary to exchange personnel documents through courier services, which took a lot of time and required more and more financial and time expenses of HR specialists. The company decided to accelerate these processes and within two weeks completely switched to paperless personnel documentation on the HRlink platform. As of April 2021, recruitment, personnel transfers, vacation processing and the signing of local regulations were organized in electronic form.

Previously, new employees underwent the process of registration in the office during the working day, and after the start of the "remote" mode, employment took a week. Now the day before hiring a new person, the HR manager prepares the necessary documents in 1C, then the link to get acquainted with them is sent to the employee automatically through HRlink. On the day of exit, the employee signs an employment contract online in a few minutes in the personal account of the service using an enhanced unskilled electronic signature (UNEP). There, each employee sees a complete list of their documents and can track their status.

Our goal is to unload employees, not drag them into a paper routine, so that they can fully focus on creative and interesting work tasks. Electronic personnel document management allowed us to make internal processes really comfortable and invisible to colleagues. You don't need to look for anything, print, scan, come to the office - the employee by link quickly goes to HRlink and signs everything with one click. From such trifles, including, an attitude towards the company is developing and an HR brand in the labor market is being formed, "says Polina Le Havra, HR Director of Aviacales.

The company also notes that thanks to the electronic signing of documents, the deadlines for getting to work have been reduced - an employee can begin his duties on the day the offer is agreed. This made it possible to quickly close key positions and attract specialists in demand on the market before others. Another important result was the expansion of the geography of the search for candidates - in April 2021, the company employs people from anywhere in the world.

60% of the company's staff have already been connected to the service; in the near future, all employees of the Moscow and St. Petersburg offices of Aviasales will have a personal account. The plans include the gradual transfer of the remaining personnel processes to the electronic format.
