Biography

2021: Appointment as Head of the Department of Health of the Bryansk Region

At the end of April 2021, Vitaly Mosin was appointed head of the Department of Health of the Bryansk Region instead of Andrei Bardukov, who went on a promotion, taking the post of interim deputy governor of the region. Bardukov headed the department since December 2015.

The governor of the Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz, at an extraordinary meeting of the Bryansk Regional Duma on April 30, 2021, said that Bardukov would also oversee medical issues in his new position.

According to Bryansk News, the fact that Bardukov should focus only on medicine has become the rule of time. This is not only about the COVID-19 coronavirus, because of which healthcare works with great overload. The authorities a few years ago took into account the dissatisfaction of the population with the level of health care. In this regard, huge funds began to be invested in medicine. Hospitals and clinics are being repaired and re-equipped, Bryansk children are sent to medical universities for training.[1]
