2020: Automation of electronic document flow based on "1C: Document flow 8 KORP "

The company's activities are accompanied by the execution of a large number of paper documents: design, production, service, internal, external with counterparties. Documents are generated within different departments and moved between company services. The problem was that work with the same documents was carried out by different employees. There was no understanding where or who had what documents. A lot of documents were lost, or they became irrelevant. It took a lot of time to search for documents and their further physical movement within the company. As a result, there was a significant loss of time when working with external counterparties, inefficient use of the working time of the company's staff.

Work on the project began in December 2019. The first stage employees "PiterSoft" carried out interviewing of key experts of "Impuls-Avtomatika". In the process, all the requirements and wishes of users for working in the system were collected.

The next step is to set up "1C: CORP Document Flow" in accordance with the agreed Terms of Reference. During the demonstration of the configured system, users saw the implementation of the tasks. A separate stage, on the territory of "Impulse-Automatics," passed the training of users to work in the program. As a result, the system was launched into pilot operation. Users received advice and information support for three weeks.

As a result of all performed works, "1C: Document Management KORP" was put into industrial operation. The tasks set by PULSE-AUTOMATION LLC have been fully completed: systematic storage of documents has been ensured, process work, document templates have been set up, 42 workplaces have been automated.

As a result of the implementation of 1C: Document management significantly reduced the costs of the company when working with documents, set up executive discipline and effective work with documents, and also solved the tasks of operational work with documents.
