2021: Development of an automated information system

SberKorus (included in the ecosystem) Sbera April 30, 2021 announced the completion of a project to develop an automated information system for the Kamenskoye - Agrarian Group. During the Shatovka project, implemented on the basis of the "" system, 1C: Workflow 8 CORP the work with documents was optimized, the process of their formation and coordination was accelerated, and the control of the executive discipline of employees was strengthened.

Prior to the project, document management at Shatovka LLC was carried out mainly on paper, which periodically led to loss and damage of documents, as well as disruption of the deadlines for their approval and signing. The process was complicated by a large number of types of documents.

At the same time, the software product "1C: Document Management 8 KORP" was introduced immediately for four legal entities within the framework of the Kamenskoye-Shatovka Agrarian Group, taking into account the business needs of each organization.

The experts of SberKorus implemented the configuration of regulatory and reference information of the client in terms of the organizational structure of the enterprise, counterparties, contact persons, users, positions, cash flow items, etc. Accounting of incoming, outgoing and internal documents and their routing processes was completely automated taking into account a number of conditions: legal entity, type of activity, amount of contract, etc.

Automation of work with applications for spending funds (setting up cards, routes) allowed to increase the speed of the corresponding business processes, especially in terms of extrabudgetary applications.

The activity accounting functionality was implemented, which allowed the management of the Kamenskoye-Shatovka Agrarian Group to record the minutes and results of meetings, meetings of budget committees, commissions, etc. Participants are invited to such events automatically, as well as sending tasks to the responsible persons following the meeting. Moreover, the execution of these tasks is now also controlled by the system through notifications to e-mail. Reports on the executive discipline are generated at the end of the period and handed over to the responsible persons. The information system is able to generate a number of reports on various sections of document accounting, including a list of contracts for extension, a list of contracts with expiring validity, and so on. Each report is designed depending on the type of system request and other parameters.

During the project, our specialists automated all document flow processes of Shatovka LLC and other organizations of the Kamenskoye-Shatovka Agrarian Group, "said Anastasia Strokova, SberKorus Deputy Director for Commercial Policy and Sales. - Now documents are stored in a single information system and are available to employees on demand. The risks of losing documents are completely leveled. The labor costs of negotiating contracts have been significantly reduced, it has become possible to devote more time to their analysis. The productivity of the employees involved in the process has increased several times.

At the next stage of interaction, it is planned to integrate document flow with the industry solution "1C: Accounting of an agricultural enterprise." It is expected that after the implementation of this stage, the agreed requests for spending money will be sent to the accounting system of Shatovka LLC automatically.
