The Arrival report notes that Arrival Car will be a "budget, but safe and comfortable car," which should accelerate and simplify the transition of short-term car rental services and taxi services to vehicles with zero harmful emissions.

Earlier, the Uber Green service was launched, which allows passengers to choose an electric car for the trip at no additional cost. And to encourage drivers to switch to such transport, Uber reduced the service fee to 15%.

According to Arrival's senior vice president of mobility, Tom Elvidge, the company's task is to make "hundreds of small improvements, changes and improvements to the design of an electric car that may not have been applied before." The final version of the Arrival Car is planned to be created before the end of 2021.
