In a project deliverable the consecutive chain of all business processes of the company within a single information platform was constructed that led to reliability augmentation, a possibility of receiving operational assessment of a status of all processes by company management at the expense of what the efficiency and efficiency of the management decisions made in the company increased. The quality of planning is improved and the level of service is increased. The implemented system also allowed to reduce receivables for 1 day (15-30 million rubles – one-off effect) and to reduce losses due to the best planning (annually 15-30 million rub).

The project started in October, 2008 and was fully completed in rather short terms - within 10 months. SAP solutions for management of finance, controlling, logistics management, by production, material flows, sale and also quality managements were as a result implemented.

The director of economics and finance Lunin Oleg, JSC Concern KALINA so comments on ended process: "Now in a system about three hundred users work. We estimate the project as very successful, for short terms are implemented and all main modules are really used".

In Kalina concern (Yekaterinburg) implementing solutions of SAP is complete. As a result of automation all main system modules are used. The project was implemented in nine months.

As a result of an open tender solutions of SAP company were selected. As the contractor the ALPE consulting company was attracted to system implementation.

In a project deliverable the management of concern had a possibility of operational assessment of a status of all business processes at the expense of what the efficiency of the made management decisions increased.

Automation allowed to reduce also the number of staff of some divisions and to give the chance for further cost reduction of the company. As a result of implementation the company reached the new planning level and managements of warehouse resources, increased capacity of a warehouse, increased volumes of loading of a warehouse, considerably increased turnover of component parts, increased efficiency of use of warehouse resources. Use of barcoding allowed to minimize influence of a human factor, to increase quantity and accuracy of warehouse transactions.

According to Alexey Solonkin, the head of information technology of Kalina concern, the project was implemented within the provided budget.
