2022: Completion of the transfer of the mill to "1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2"
The company "First Bit" on September 12, 2022 announced the transfer to the 1C:ERP of LLC "Combine of Chemical and Food Aromatics" - a manufacturer of flavors with an eighty-year history.
Now, instead of two days, alcohol reports are prepared within one hour, and labor costs for the selection of finished products in the warehouse have been reduced by 2 times. Management reporting is prepared 20% faster, and regulated - 2 times. In addition, management now has convenient tools for planning purchases, production of finished products, changes in costs and costs.
The introduction of 1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2 helped to establish interaction between the departments of the plant. The program automated all accounting of the enterprise - operational, warehouse, production and accounting. Many data used to have to be processed manually, some in an untradeable 1S:UPP filled with old modifications. In total, 20 workplaces were connected to the system. Among them there are several special ones, for example, the workplace of the filling line operator with party-by-party printing of labels and automatically forming documents on production, packaging and direction for laboratory analysis.
The calculation of the amount of alcohol in the output, as well as the associated excise reporting, were also automated. Set up automatic two-way exchange with EGAIS.
A lot of work was done with warehouses - now the storage places for products and raw materials on them are strictly defined, and any employee can find them without any difficulty. Thanks to mobile data collection terminals, the time and accuracy of the inventory has been reduced. Reliable data on the amount of available raw materials is transmitted to the planning unit, which allows you to accurately predict how many products the plant will be able to produce.
Decision makers now have a planning monitor in which the system itself displays data about the production plan, availability of materials, current purchase prices. Previously, this information was worked on manually in Microsoft Excel. A mechanism for calculating the current and planned cost has also been created, taking into account current and planned purchase prices, as well as forecasts of exchange rates.
Due to the inability to update the old accounting system, for a long time regulated reporting had to be handed over manually. Now it is automatically formed and sent directly from the program.
