ZhelDorExpedition (1C: Accounting)

Zheldorexpediya has completed a project to implement an automated production enterprise management system based on the 1C: Accounting 8 software product. The project was implemented by RG-Soft. The Zheldorexpediya group of companies is engaged in road and railway freight transportation. Currently, the Zheldorexpediya group of companies is a holding company, it includes forwarding companies, a car repair depot, and a leasing company.

The main requirements for the ERP system were: the availability of mechanisms for simple data entry, the availability of a pricing mechanism, the ability to configure the moment of determining the base for revenue and costs, calculating revenue and costs for each vehicle based on receipts, accumulative cards and requests from forwarding agents, monitoring the status of primary documents, the availability of funds for financial analysis of settlements with suppliers and buyers, and the availability of funds for reporting.

The project was implemented in stages. The system layout is developed on the basis of the standard product "1C: Accounting 8" in iterative mode. The ERP system was implemented in 12 months. 15 workplaces were automated.

As a result of the introduction of the ERP system, the enterprise has the opportunity to control the costs associated with the operation of the vehicle, timely identify the facts of loss of transportation documents by the supplier or write off funds from the account-certificate for "foreign" vehicles. Promptly monitor compliance with directions declared by freight forwarders, plan purchases of coal and effectively distribute it to filling stations.
