2021: Start using VR in the production of machinery

In 2021, it is planned to create a second version of the device, the working name of the prototypes of the pre-production batch of device sets is Sokol-1. It will be a full-fledged virtual helmet, which corresponds to all world analogues, and surpasses them in some areas. The model being created will be almost a serial prototype, said Konstantin Shadrin.
The Roscosmos XR-2 complex consists of a helmet for PCs, two controllers, two base stations from the general positioning system of virtual reality devices, a set of switching equipment and chargers and media with the SDK.
