2021: Delivery of TeamViewer Assist AR

Syssoft (System Software) on May 24, 2021 announced the supply of the software product TeamViewer Assist AR (formerly known as Pilot) to the Good Deeds Service, which offers operational technical support and computer diagnostics services.

TeamViewer Assist AR allows you to provide remote online support using augmented reality technologies. The software helps the company's experts remotely direct the actions of customers through video communication over a secure high-speed channel.

The solution allows you to record video sessions for further analysis and training. The support operator has the ability to make the image on the screen static in order to approximate and review its details, as well as add a text comment or virtual label with reference to a point in space.

The Good Deeds Service specializes in providing remote support to its customers. The competence of TeamViewer developers is concentrated in this area. In particular, Assist AR helps to increase the number of user calls that have been successfully resolved from the first time, "said Konstantin Sharapov, senior manager of the sales department of Syssoft.

Video calls are an important part of our work. Our service engineers always try to quickly solve the problem, and for this they need to see what the client sees. Assist AR perfectly handles this task. The solution records all video sessions: in any contradictory situation, you can watch logs and see errors, or simply show the client what certain actions are needed for. We considered several products that would help us strengthen interaction with customers, and, after consulting with the Syssoft team, preferred the solution, TeamViewer said Ksenia Kalinina, a leading specialist in working with agents of the Good Deeds Service.
