Specialists of the Special Tech NPP on May 25, 2021 announced the start of work on the introduction of an information system for managing equipment maintenance and repairs at one of the Beluga Group PJSC plants. The system will be based on the TRIM software.

The site for the implementation of the system was the St. George Plant near Moscow. Traditions of quality. " Specialists of NPS "SpetsTek" perform a survey of the maintenance and repair system (M & R) operating at the enterprise. For its implementation, the contractor's expertise in the field of best practices in physical asset management and the application of a reliable-oriented approach to maintenance will be involved.

The result of the survey will be a report with an expert assessment of the documents and actual activities of the enterprise in the field of M & R, as well as with recommendations for improvements. Then, the general terms of reference for the implementation of the M & R management information system will be developed, as well as specifications specifying the requirements for the system.

It is planned to provide the customer with a license for the use of TRIM software in the amount of 10 users at stationary workplaces and 15 users of the mobile application. The latter is necessary to include in the circuit of the system of direct repair workers and provide them with the opportunity to enter data into the information system and receive data from it, while being in the workshop, next to the equipment.

The scope of work also includes the creation of a database on plant equipment, including spare parts catalogs and reference books of standard works, the integration of the maintenance and maintenance management information system with the warehouse management system on the 1C platform, the development of data analysis and reporting tools, and user training. The project involves the possibility of scaling the information system to other plants of PJSC Beluga Group.
