Biography

Andrey Artyomov graduated from Oryol State University in the field of "Software for Automated Equipment and Automated Systems" (2006), masters in the areas of "Economics" (2016) and "State and Municipal Administration" (2018). He has diplomas on professional retraining in the specialties "Pedagogy, psychology and management in higher education" and "Personnel management."

2010

In 2010, he won the regional competition "Innovator of the Year - 2009" in the nomination "Best Specialist of the Oryol Region in the Field of Information Technologies."

He took an active part in the implementation of contractual and state budgetary R&D. Appointment as Head of DIT, Oryol Region

At the end of May 2021, it became known about the appointment of 36-year-old Andrei Artyomov as the new head of the Department of Information Technologies of the Oryol Region. He replaced Alexander Pilipenko, who resigned four months earlier - in January.

According to the source of the publication D-Russia.ru in the Oryol region, the new head of the regional DIT was appointed back in April 2021. At the same time, the official order on the website of the regional government has not been published, but the administration's website confirms that Andrei Artemov now heads the regional Department of Information Technologies.
