2021: Development of a platform for digitalization of industry

The company CAMP"" May 28, 2021 reported that with the support of RT-Capital"" the State Corporation Rostec has developed a universal platform for digitalization industries under the standards Industry 4.0.. The solution makes it possible to combine the equipment of various models and manufacturers into a common information space. This will reduce downtime and increase production efficiency.

The development of STAN is designed to automate the collection of data on the state of industrial equipment, subsequent analysis and identification of vulnerabilities in technological chains. A distinctive feature of the system is the ability to combine domestic and foreign machines with and without numerical software control, as well as models of different generations, into the common information space of Industry 4.0.

We see the demand for digital solutions to transition to Industry 4.0 standards, which is why we rely on the development of not only the model range, but also IT products. The developed solution ensures increased efficiency of equipment usage from 10 - 30%. For a workshop operating in two shifts with a machine fleet of 100 units, savings will be about 130 million rubles per year with an increase in equipment loading by only 10%. The integration of the STAN platform into the production cycle will significantly accelerate the interaction of the enterprise's workshop services and reduce the cost of acquiring additional equipment. Commercial deliveries will start before the end of 2021, "said Kirill Fedorov, General Director of RT-Capital LLC.

Development acts as a smart assistant for all participants in the production process: the head of the enterprise makes management decisions based on objective information about the load and causes of equipment outage, workshop services respond more quickly to requests for repair, the absence of a cutting tool or workpieces, the machine operator receives a task and time standards for its implementation.

The solution is based on the information and analytical monitoring platform "SeeCNC" from the Russian IT developer for the NPK industry LO TsNITI. The system does not require the installation of specialized software on users' workplaces. A cross-platform application with large scalability capabilities allows you to flexibly integrate data obtained from various sources into the IT infrastructure of the enterprise: equipment management systems, specialized monitoring units and sensors.

Our system is the first cross-platform product from domestic machine tool builders. Traditionally, such solutions are supplied by third-party software developers who, due to their specificity, cannot completely solve all industry issues. We focused on the quality of analytics and the ability to combine all the production capacities of the enterprise in one information environment. The payback period of the system, taking into account the construction of the necessary network infrastructure, does not exceed one year. The solution presented is the first step towards realizing our vision of "machine as a service." In the future, we plan to build a full-fledged ecosystem using technologies that allow raising production efficiency to a different level, "said Denis Polevshchikov, General Director of STAN LLC.
