The Cherepovets state district power plant (OGK-6 branch) within the project on transition to electronic document management purchases additional licenses of an electronic document management system "CASE".

The CASE system, subsystems of "DELO-WEB" and the option "SCANNING" work both in the head company, and in branches: Krasnoyarsk state district power plant, Ryazan state district power plant, "GRES-24", Novocherkassk state district power plant, Cherepovets state district power plant, Kirishi state district power plant, JSC OGK-6 Executive office.

The project on implementation of software products of EOS Group company in OGK-6 and branches began in October, 2005. At the moment, taking into account again purchased licenses, in structures of head enterprise and OGK-6 branches are implemented and 317 jobs of the CASE system and 188 jobs of a subsystem of "DELO-WEB" and also 26 jobs of the option "SCANNING" are successfully operated.

Use of the systems of EOS Group allowed to automate and lead all stages of process of work with documents to the uniform scheme that significantly increased effective management of the enterprise and its branches. The following tasks are solved:

  • Unification of technology of work with documents due to use of means of joint work with documents.
  • Optimization of flows of documentary information in paper and electronic types between structural divisions.
  • Ensuring information "transparency" of development processes and passing of documents, obtaining operational information about per-request state, implementation of managerial supervision at any stage of the movement of documents.
  • Providing online access to statistical information.
  • Acceleration of process of information exchange between structural divisions.

The management of OGK-6 plans further accumulation of volumes of use of software products of EOS Group company at the enterprise.
