2016: Project in the warehouse complex "Alko" in Khabarovsk
The Alko warehouse complex in Khabarovsk is a distribution center that carries out both the independent delivery of products and the supply of products to branches in different cities of the Far East.
The complex is a one-story building divided into several technological zones, and several geographically remote rooms also belong to the complex. As part of a collaboration with AXELOT to automate the warehouses of Enik Nevada Group at the Alco warehouse complex, WMS from AXELOT was planned to be replicated. This system has already been implemented and is successfully used at other warehouses of the company in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Vladivostok, Khabarovsk and Blagoveshchensk.
Automation was carried out according to the standard scenario, but, taking into account the specifics of the warehouse (storage of alcoholic beverages), the system was also set up in accordance with Russian alcohol legislation in the matter of accounting for the turnover of alcoholic beverages.
The Alko warehouse complex stores and processes alcoholic beverages, both requiring and not requiring mandatory licensing. The item is accounted for in batches, categories, shelf life, and serial numbers.
When entering balances in the warehouse with subsequent transfer of data to the EGAIS (Unified State Automated Information System) for reporting, it is necessary to enter the excise mark number and manufacturer's barcode with the date of bottling from each bottle. This approach minimizes the possibility of error when collecting information.
The changes also affected the putaway process. The procedure is carried out in two stages: first, preliminary recalculation takes place by transport places so as not to detain the driver, and then - detailed acceptance by quantity, quality, composition, batches and shelf life. At the acceptance stage, the compliance of excise stamps with lots and documents is monitored by scanning one bottle excise tax from each box in order to detect a lot that is not in the system and, therefore, without proper documents. Returns from customers are accepted according to the same principle, but with a special mark in the system.
The placement of the goods is planned automatically after the acceptance of each pallet. All pallets are placed in the long-term storage area in compliance with zoning accepted in the warehouse by categories.
You plan to assemble orders from selection zones. The system independently selects the most suitable shelf life according to the FEFO principle.
Selection is carried out piece by piece with scanning of each excise mark. Also, when scanning the excise tax, a global check is carried out in the system for the presence of a record with the same number, which eliminates the possibility of picking the same bottle in different orders. Thanks to the added "Confirmed" parameter, which indicates the permission to sell, the system does not allow you to select goods that for one reason or another cannot be shipped at the moment.
