In order to improve the efficiency of the high-intensity warehouse and create the opportunity for real-time process control, the implementation of the WMS system was planned at the Dream storage location.

During automation, only typical WMS functionality from AXELOT was used, no modifications were required. In addition to the direct implementation of the WMS system, the project integrated WMS from AXELOT with the corporate information system "1C: Trade Management 8.2." Integration was carried out through the DATAREON ESB software product, which made it possible to ensure stable data exchange between WMS and CIS. 7 stationary and 40 mobile workplaces are automated.

Thanks to the implementation of WMS from AXELOT, the operation of the Dream warehouse is now managed in real time. The control of the actual balances of goods in the warehouse is improved due to the organization of product accounting in terms of shelf life and status. Customer requirements for remaining shelf life when shipping orders are carefully monitored. The accuracy of putaway operations, as well as the picking and shipping of orders is improved.
